Lingerie size chart: EU, US, UK conversion (bras and panties)

Updated: 05.11.2026

In short: US and UK bra bands use the same numbers (32, 34, 36...), and EU bands are in centimeters (70, 75, 80...), so a US/UK 34 is an EU 75. Cups match up to D, then split: UK DD = US DD = EU E, UK E = US DDD/F = EU F. For panties, UK size = US size + 4, and EU size is about UK size + 28. Use these charts for size, then check cut and coverage on your own photo with AnyTry try-on.

The band columns and cup columns are separate scales that share one table. Find your band in the band columns and your cup in the cup columns.

Example: a UK 34DD is a US 34DD and an EU 75E. A UK 36E is a US 36DDD (F) and an EU 80F.

Quick rules: - Band: EU band = US/UK band converted to cm (30→65, then +5 for each +2). - France and Spain: add 15 to the EU band (EU 75 = FR 90). - Cups after D are where most mistakes happen. UK uses DD, E, F, FF, G. US brands often use DD, DDD, G, H. Always check the brand's own chart past a D cup.

How to measure for a bra

1. Underbust: tape snug around your ribcage, right under your bust. This gives your band. 2. Bust: tape loosely around the fullest part, level all the way around. 3. Difference: bust minus underbust. - In inches: 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD. - In cm (EU): about 2 cm per cup step, starting near 12–14 cm for an A.

Tips for buying across regions

- Use the product page chart. It beats any general chart. - Between band sizes? Try your sister size: go up one band and down one cup (34C → 36B). The cup volume stays about the same. - Bralettes often use S/M/L. Match by underbust and bust, not cup letter. - Thongs and high-cut styles can feel smaller. Size up if you are between sizes.

Returns

Many stores treat swimwear and lingerie as final sale or only accept returns with hygiene liner and tags. Check the store's return page before you order.

A size chart tells you the size. It cannot tell you how the cut, color and coverage look on your body. Upload a full-length photo and the product link, and in about 30 seconds you see the set on your own shape. See this bra on your photo
