Each cup step adds about 2 cm of bust (AA to G). Bonds' own example: 73 cm underbust and 93 cm bust gives 12C. Round a half cm down for underbust and up for bust.

Hips are measured 20 cm below the waist. Letter sizes (XS–XXL) follow the same waist and hip steps; check the product page.

Does Bonds run small? (fit by product type)

Wirefree and contour bras: sized by band and cup. Some styles have their own table, so check the product page.
Crop tops and bralettes: usually letter sizes. If you are between sizes, many shoppers go up for comfort.
Briefs, hipsters and boyleg undies: sized by waist and hips. Stretchy cotton is forgiving.
Sports bras: often a firmer fit by design; check the style's guide.

Remember that AU sizes are not US sizes. A size 12 in Bonds is not a US 12. Use your measurements, not your usual number.

Big bust: underwire or contour bras in the larger cups, and wide-strap crop tops.
Small bust: wirefree triangle bras and light contour styles.
Pear: a simple crop top with a high-cut brief.

We found no clear pattern. The bigger risk is mixing AU and US sizes, so measure in cm.
